What is your processing time?

Orders typically take less than 5 business days to process. Production times will usually increase during and around the holidays. Or during new product launches. We appreciate you shopping small!

 

How long will it take my order to ship to me?

 

Orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we may use other carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays that your order may experience after leaving our shop.

We ship from our warehouse located in the United States. Currently only shipping in the United States with plans to expand in the future.

 

Will I receive tracking info and email when my order ships?

Yes, an email with tracking code will be sent to you when your order ships.

 

What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?

Once your order has shipped and your tracking information has be provided to you, your package is now in the hands of USPS, or the parcel carrier company, and you as the customer are responsible for locating your package. We are not responsible for lost packages that have been scanned into the carriers shipping system.

 

Can you redirect my package to a different address?

Once your package has been shipped, we cannot redirect your package to a new address. Please double check that you have entered the correct address when placing your order. IF you need to make a change to your shipping address before your order is fulfilled, please send us an email to info@lilsmokiesracing.com 

If your order is returned undeliverable to our shop due to an address input error during checkout, we will not be responsible for additional shipping charges to resent the package to your correct shipping address.

Do you provide local pick up?

There will be occasional races where local pick up will be provided. A code will be provided during those times for free shipping. Your order will be processed and available for pick up at the race. Please bring a piece of valid identification and order confirmation email to the race for pick up.
